The WHEELER HOIST STRAP installs onto all Veto Pro Pac Wheeler bags to provide an attachment point to confidently hoist large tool bags up off the ground and haul onto a stable surface. The strap attaches via the 2″ D-ring hoist points integral to all large Veto Pro Pac tool bags.
